Kelby Roberts (Center {the young one}) is the proud recipient of the 2023 Lilly Scholarship from the Rush County Community Foundation. Kelby will attend Purdue University with the intention of taking life by the horns. Kelby will major in both Political Science and Ag Economics with a concentration in Policy Analysis and Pre-Law. Kelby is the daughter of Jessica and Ryan Roberts of Rush County.
